Vocaltel have now added a comprehensive API interface to Centrex5 and customers can now develop their own custom CRM and Agent monitoring sytems using the Centrex5 JSON API interface. The interface provides real time information and full control over most of the PBX features and includes:
- Full real time information on inbound and outbound call status
- Real time information on extension status
- Real time call records
- Real time maintenance information
- API control of incoming and outgoing calls
- API control of call recording downloads
- Tracking of customer satisfaction survey results
- Tracking of GDPR recording preference entries
