Vocaltels Centrex5 VoIP now supports PC screen pop-ups on incoming calls.....
Centrex5 customers using Microsoft outlook now have the ability to receive screen pop up information on their PC for incoming calls. Any incoming calls to your extension where the calling line ID matches one of your contacts in outlook will automatically bring up the contact page that matches the incoming number. This pop-up feature can be extremely useful when taking incoming customer service calls where the notes field can be used to track customer interactions.
Whilst this new functionality does not Replace the current high end CRM systems that Centrex5 supports such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 it does provide a very useful free tool for dealing with incoming telephone enquiries.
